Quality control
Shishkin Les bottled drinking water undergoes manufacturing control at the plant and its targets are the following:
- water supply source water
- water at the stage of water preparation process
- water before bottle filling
- water packing and closure systems
- bottled water as the finished product
Manufacturing and product control of the Shishkin Les company is carried out in accordance with the subsidiary of the Federal State Institution of Health ‘The centre of hygiene and epidemiology in Moscow area’ in Klimovsk, Podolsk, Scherbinka, Troizk, Podolskiy district, the analytical centre for water quality control CC ”Rossa”, Autonomic Independent Body “Chemsyntest”.
As to the transaction with the Federal State Institution of Health ‘The centre of hygiene and epidemiology in Moscow area’ the following operations are introduced :
- microbiological controls of a product
- equipment wash off
- physical-chemical product testing
According to the agreement with Rossa the following things are under control:
- organoleptic properties of the finished product from each lot
- microbiological control of drinking water
- physical-chemical water testing
- radiological testing
The contract between Shishkin Les holding and AIB Chemsyntest stipulates:
- production chain control
- selecting production samples for analysis and tests
- analyzing tests’ results
- control of plant activities
Finished product is controlled as to thorough selection of sorted trials based on the following:
- bottle filling
- closure sealing
- controlling the first open of a polyethylene cap
- organoleptic indicators
- sparkling water saturation with carbon dioxide
Shishkin Les laboratory is well-equipped with up-to-date devices. Water is tested at all production stages from 700 to 1000 daily trials according to 14 physical-chemical factors.
