Equipment service
Any machine being used is prone to depreciation. As a result different malfunctions are inevitable so this equipment can be out of order. Thus warranty and post warranty period service is most essential to provide its proper and quality work. Equipment is served by highly qualified specialists with modern technologies, tools and materials applied to it. Regular technical service of your equipment is a guarantee for your good mood and safety.

MACHINE SETTINGS
- The machine must be installed on the flat, solid ground.
- Find a spot that is not exposed to excessive direct sunlight because it leads to plastic parts fading.
- Avoid contacting with other articles because it leads to noise making effects.
- Don’t put the machine near heat sources such as radiators etc.
- There must be sufficient space for installing the water cooler.
PREPARATION FOR WORK
Plug in the machine only after you have filled it with water!!!

MANUAL
- The machine must be used if temperature goes from 0 to +35 °С.
- Feed a cooler only with certified drinking water in 19l bottles.
- Only install and remove a bottle vertically.
- In case of any malfunctions or long standstill unplug the cooler.
- If you unplug a machine, you can only plug it in again not until 2-3 minutes later.
- You don’t have to unplug a cooler each time you change a bottle.
- Use a soft cloth watered in weak cleaning solution not containing such an active dissolvent as petrol, kerosene, acetone and some cleaning substances of abrasive character to look after the machine.
- Clean the rear bar of the machine (condensate) at least once a year.
- Before each season wash the cooler opening top with soap solution.
- Regularly wash an assembled tray for water collection after you have taken it down from the unit. If you prepare the machine for storing and also transporting, make sure outside temperature is not lower than 0°С and the tank is empty. Make sure that:
- You have poured all the water out of the cold tap;
- You poured all the water out of the hot tap after you unplugged a plug hole on the rear panel of the machine.
ENERGY SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Do not plug in the unit if your power source doesn’t match required power 180-240V
- Do not use a damaged or frayed power cord.
- Do not plug several appliances into the power source at a time. It can overload energy network and lead to a power cut or a fire threatening situation.
- Keep it out of rain and wet.
- The machine must be connected to a power supply network via a landing contact.
- After storing the machine in a cold room or under transportation in cold seasons allow the unpacked cooler to warm up at room temperature for not less than 1-2 hours before you plug it in.
- Do not leave the machine turned on when nobody is around.
POTENTIAL CAUSES OF FAILURE AND RECOVERY
| Heating and cooling indicators are off | The machine is unplugged. The safety device has fused. There is no voltage. |

| Water isn’t cool enough | Thermo regulator is set at the minimum level. The machine is not given enough time for cooling water. The back panel isn’t ventilated enough. The parts of cooling system are overheated. |
Regulate it properly. Allow the machine to gain enough t (it takes about 10-20 minutes). Allow enough air to the rear panel of the machine. Unplug the machine and allow the system 30 minutes to cool down. |
